TV intro to yoga series
Start your practice with our beginner-friendly Intro to Yoga Series. Guided by senior instructor and TV founder Abiola Akanni, this series helps you connect to the fundamentals of the physical yoga practice in a safe, inclusive and communal space. We’ll move through postures with little to no resistance, using supportive props and traditional pranayama exercises. Unlike our TV55 classes, the intro series features no music. Slow Jams Gentle
The ideal class for those who'd like to slow things down, this gentle practice is guided by soulful music and grounding breath work. Although we move through poses with little to no resistance this practice features deep holds to maximize decompression in the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, chest and back. Expect to gently warm and stretch the body while cultivating an internal heat.

This all levels, 55 minute sequence leverages flowing asana, sensual dance and empowering basic boxing techniques to build self-awareness and increase the heart rate for a full-body workout. Class DOES NOT need to be attended in order.
TV CORE 55©
Access the heat of the belly located in the 3rd chakra through dynamic breath work, body weight exercises and sensual yoga and dance with this 55 minute all levels class. Class DOES NOT need to be attended in order.
TV KICKBOXING 55©
Kickboxing blends martial arts with boxing to create a spirited cardiovascular workout. TV Kickboxing 55 utilizes boxing basics, yoga and dance to create an empowering 55 minute yoga class. We recommend attending TV55 or TV Core 55 prior to attending this class.
TV HIIT 55©
Featuring HIIT or high intensity interval training, yoga and sensual dance this class heats up the body for optimal fluidity. Here you'll use your internal fire to disarm old systems of belief that no longer serve you. We recommend attending TV55 or TV Core 55 prior to attending this class.
