The Trap Vinyasa studio tour continues with a stop at Bohemian Studios, Phinney Ridge. We've known the founder and lead yoga instructor, Adrienne Kimberely for a hot minute, she's the homie! She was even 1 of our instructors at our first yoga teacher training. Needless to say, Adrienne is a #bossbabe, barre expert and yoga maven.

Before founding Bohemian Studios West Seattle and Phinney Ridge, Adrienne was the go-to yoga instructor at many of our favorite yoga studios. She's been featured on the Cody App where you can find everything from yoga to hiit from some of the worlds best instructors, and she also created an app of her own called Down Dog which offers yoga videos to take your practice wherever you are!
